JF Technology Solutions is a managed IT provider based in San Diego, California. This page explains how we handle information collected on this website.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we receive the details you choose to send:

• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Organization (optional)
• Any other information you share with us in the contact form

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP address, browser type, and a security check (Turnstile) to reduce spam and abuse. We do not use advertising cookies or sell your information.

How we use it

We use contact-form submissions only to reply to your inquiry and, if you ask us to, to discuss or deliver IT services. Email delivery is handled by our email provider so the message can reach our inbox.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails as long as needed to respond and to maintain a normal business record of the conversation. You can ask us to delete a submission and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share form data only with the services required to operate the site: Cloudflare (hosting and spam protection) and our email delivery provider. We do not share it with marketers.

Your choices

You can ask what information we have from your inquiry, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form on this site and say what you need. We will respond within one business day when we can.
